Adaptive base cryptocurrency by Omphalos

John Concrane - October 22, 2020 - Comments off

Omphalos DAO governance? OMPL will connect to Polkadot network for cross-chain interoperability, enabling OMPL asset and data to move between multiple blockchains. OMPL is a community led and operated project, everyone has power to govern and vote on proposals for future development. OMPL has an anti-inflation mechanism for maintaining a stable purchasing power of equivalent to $1 USDT. OMPL protocol adapts an elastic supply model and automatically adjusts supply with rebasing. Price goes up, wallet balances increase; when price goes down, balances decrease. OMPL enables self-executing smart contract and automatic distribution based on price data from decentralized CPI Oracle. OMPL holders own a part of the network, and their percentage of ownerships will remain fixed with non-dilutive supply model.

Omphalos protocol automatically adjust the supply of the token in order to achieve supply-price equilibrium. When price is above the $1.06 threshold, wallet balances automatically increase. When price drops below the $0.96 threshold, wallet balances automatically decrease. This adjustment mechanism is called a “Rebase”. It is directly programmed into the OMPL smart contracts and will happen roughly in every 24 hours. The changes in balance will reflect automatically on holder’s wallet balances. No staking is needed.

Imagine if an investor owns 10 OMPL coins that he acquired for $1 each, his portfolio worth $10 in total. The price then increases by 10% to $1.10, while the supply expands by 10%, the investor receives an additional OMPL coin through the automatic “rebase” process, which increasing the investor’s holdings to 11 OMPL from 10 OMPL coin that he originally acquired. The value of the investor’s holdings now at $12.1, a significant gain from his initial portfolio. One possible strategy would be to “front run” the daily adjustment by analyzing the data and anticipating the direction of the upcoming change. Omphalos protocol automatically adjust the supply of the token to achieve supply-price equilibrium. When price is above the $1.06 threshold, wallet balances automatically increase. When price drops below the $0.96 threshold, wallet balances automatically decrease. This adjustment mechanism is called a “Rebase”. Read extra details on OMPL.

While the total supply will change constantly to maintain the price equilibrium, the initial total supply will be capped at 100 million OMPL. Are team wallets locked? Yes, they are locked in a time released contract for two years. The tokens will be vested at a rate of 10% each 60 days. How often does a rebase happen? The rebase will happen only one time a day, approximately every 24 hours.

There was a time when Ampleforth (AMPL) was considered to be one of the most promising DeFi projects to ever appear in the blockchain ecosystem. The idea of creating a stable but flexible DeFi-based currency resilient to market volatility was ambitious, and for a moment the token gained the attention of cryptocurrency investors. But in the end, Ampleforth failed to achieve widespread success. Omphalos Protocol will be employing a fork of the sophisticated Polkadot governance system, which will ensure all updates to the Omphalos protocol happen entirely on-chain based on a set of rules, through community stake-weighted voting. The protocol is driven by algorithms and smart contracts, and governed in every aspect by the community. Omphalos owners are not powerless token holders, but powerful council members responsible for on-chain voting on all project-related matters, even the most important ones such as protocol upgrades and network parameter updates. Porsche used cars for sale in Berkshire

Amelia Whitehart - October 22, 2020 - Comments off

Car buyer tricks and Porsche used cars for sale in Reading? One of the most popular car batteries currently, the Optima batteries 34/78 RedTop are designed to deliver a high-powered starting ability even in bad, cold weather. The battery is of very good quality and can withstand hard launches and sudden, extreme corners, so it’s suited for various vehicles, including trucks, SUVs, hot rods and regular cars. The RedTop 34/78 is first and foremost a great starting battery. Designed to deliver a strong burst of ignition power every time, this battery will ensure you have a reliable start-up no matter the road and no matter the weather (this is mostly thanks to their SpiralCell technology). This 12 volts car battery features 800 cold cranking amps (CCA) and has a reserve capacity of 100 minutes for constant performance. The manufacturer claims the 34/78 model is a whopping 15 times more resistant to vibration, which is supposed to significantly increase the battery’s lifetime and performance. If you hate maintenance in any way, shape or form, you’ll be pleased to hear that the Optima batteries are maintenance-free (so say goodbye to adding water to your car battery!). Furthermore, they’re virtually spill-proof and super-easy to install, as they’re mountable in pretty much any position.

Before you start the car buying process, DO YOUR RESEARCH! Figure out the model and features you want by utilizing sites like Cars.com and Edmunds.com that give you reviews of each type of car. Some sites even allow you to compare safety performance, gas consumption and overall cost. The second step is to get pre-approved for a car loan. If you know what your goals are, the dealership’s salesperson can be focused on that instead of selling you a more expensive model. That’s not to say that all car salesman are the bad guys—our job is to help you get what you want!

Those optional features we mentioned? They bring the price up pretty quickly. So if you want all the extras, you may be out-pricing top-notch rivals such as the Honda CR-V and Mazda CX-5, not to mention the Terrain’s very similar sibling, the Chevy Equinox. Those same rivals (and a few others) also outdo the Terrain when it comes to interior space, both behind the rear seats and for small-item consideration. And, under the hood, there’s a base 1.5-liter engine that is disappointingly slow, with poor throttle response. So, while the 2020 GMC Terrain may have some high points, we recommend taking a look at competitors before signing on the dotted line.

Research all possible discounts in advance. If the dealership is promoting any cash-back deals, these incentives should again be deducted after you negotiate the price. Remember, many automakers offer discounts to students, military members and even members of certain credit unions. These discounts can be stacked and combined with the cash-back rebates on the model. Check automakers’ websites for these incentives. Look to the calendar for additional savings. When dealerships have their big sales events, typically around spring, fall and the end of the year, you’ll see an influx of leased cars returned. These are great times to buy used and certified pre-owned cars, as dealers are taking in newer trade-in vehicles and putting lease closeout models back on the lot. Find additional information on Car Sales Berkshire.

Check your windshield wipers to see if there are any fraying, cracks, hanging rubber, or bends. If so, it’s time to change your windshield wipers. Another more obvious way to determine if your wipers are still effective is to wet your window and turn them on. You can squirt your windshield washer fluid or just pour some water on the windshield. The water should wipe away easily without blotting or streaks. If streaking, use a rag and wipe away any dirt and oil from your blades and window then retry. If not wiping evenly and cleanly, have your wipers replaced.

Automobile buying news: When you run into a dead car battery or other roadside emergency, you need a jump starter with a power bank you can rely on. The Tacklife T8 can start your car, pickup, SUV, or light diesel truck up to 30 times on a single charge of its internal battery. It also has a manual “OFF” switch to help preserve its charge for up to 12 months, so you always have power when you need it. There are dual USB ports for charging mobile devices and a 12V adapter to power accessories like air compressors without putting a strain on your car battery. The LCD screen is easy to read and displays the battery levels and current-voltage. In the event of an incorrect connection, the unit will alert you with a loud buzz and flashing lights so you don’t ruin your car battery. Meanwhile, you can use the built-in LED light as a flashlight or roadside emergency signal. The unit is backed by a two-year warranty and 24/7 customer service.

Changing the oil and checking the fluids is something your car cannot go without. Depending on your car and how often you drive, most cars need an oil change between every 30,000 to 50,000 miles. Making it a habit of changing the oil will extend the life of your vehicle and save you money on costly repairs. During routine oil changes, your mechanic can also check to make sure all other fluids in your car are topped off.

The name Acampe or Greek akampes means (rigid), which is the character of the plant. Also called ‘rigid air ?ower’, Acampe is a robust, monopodial epiphyte with coriaceous leaves and rigid ?owers.
