​​Pour le plaisir de sable au Vietnam, Nha Trang est roi . La plage bien entretenue se déroule sur six kilomètres le long du rivage de la ville centrale de Nha Trang et, en été, regorge de familles locales en vacances ainsi que de visiteurs étrangers. Il y a une excellente baignade ici avec des zones de baignade désignées et des zones de détente bien entretenues qui en font une excellente option pour des journées de détente à profiter du soleil et du sable. Si vous vous ennuyez des bains de soleil, les anciennes tours Po Nagar Cham se trouvent juste au nord de l’autre côté du pont Xom Bong et sont utilisées comme lieu de culte depuis au moins le 7ème siècle (certains historiens disent que le site lui-même a été un lieu de culte actif depuis bien plus tôt). Il y a aussi un excellent musée dédié au travail d’Alexandre Yersin qui a découvert la cause de la peste bubonique et a fondé l’Institut Pasteur de Nha Trang (qui mène toujours des programmes de vaccination au Vietnam aujourd’hui).
