Singapore wedding management website

Online wedding management website and recommendations for a fabulous wedding! It’s always smart to garnish a cocktail with something pretty, but these drinks are especially unique. Flowers are inside the ice cubes while the sprig garnishes are clipped to the coupe with a mini clothespin. It’s true that drip cakes are trending but this mini one is next level. Why? We love that the color is added in the delicate floral accents rather than on the cake itself.

Much like hiring your other vendors, you want to be simpatico with your florist as well. In order to do that, we suggest polling friends for recs, scrolling through Instagram inspo, and asking your planner/venue coordinator who they recommend in the area. It’s important that you find someone who is able to deliver on your vision and budget. Traditionally, the groom’s family pays for the rehearsal dinner so treat this as an opportunity to impress your future MIL if that’s the case. That said, you still have say in the theme of this party and where it should happen (especially if you’re footing the bill yourself). We love the idea of hosting a family-style dinner at your favorite restaurant—here are some great ones in NYC—or even hosting a casual celebration like a clambake or backyard BBQ. Read this before you start hashing out the details.

Organization is essential to planning your own wedding; you’ll have so many balls up in the air at once and you’ll need a way to keep track of everything. You can use a wedding-budget spreadsheet or wedding planning app; just be sure to figure out what works best for you—and stick with it. Even with the most meticulous planning and organization, there are bound to be moments of chaos from time to time, so just try to not be too hard on yourself (or each other) and trust that all of the kinks will be ironed out in time for your wedding day. DIY wedding decor elements can be cost-effective and can add some incredible personal touches to your wedding day. But word to the wise: Just don’t go overboard, or you’ll end up with more work than you know what to do with. Plenty of DIY projects can be done well in advance, including favors, table numbers, etc. For things like wedding day florals or food, professional help is best.

What happens if I do not have my guest email address? How can I send them a e-invite them? You can send them a link to RSVP for themselves and(or) their partners. They will not need to register with HitchPlanner to RSVP. Alternatively, you can also add confirmed guests for guests that have given you a confirmation of their attendance. See Invitation List FAQ for more information. Discover extra details on HitchPlanner wedding marketplace.

Don’t forget to give gifts to your bridesmaids : Bridesmaids have a lot of duties, so you should reward them with some beautiful, meaningful gifts. For example, you can buy them nice-looking accessories, something dainty and sophisticated. Since they pay for their dresses, makeup and hairdo, not to mention they are also responsible for the bachelorette party and some other things, this is a very thoughtful thing to do.

Set the mood – MUSIC. Hope over to Spotify and shortlist a couple of playlists. (We recommend a bottle of wine during date night at home is the best time!) Discuss your music choices and decide on a playlist for the wedding. Plan the honeymoon and check passports validity. (Pro-tip: Check out flight sales on Tuesdays or period in July/August for great deals!) Choose your style. Find the perfect dress, shoes, suit, makeup, hair and accessories for your wedding. Some might decide on a custom made dress and suit. Make sure you schedule enough time (usually 6 months before your wedding day) and go for fittings. Go for hair and makeup trials. It is important that your makeup artist know how to enhance your features without going overboard with makeup. Au natural is always classy. This would be a good time to order bridesmaids’ dresses and arrange for fittings as well.
