Share house in Taipei and co-living benefits

Did you thought about co-living, especially since you have a new job in Taipei, and you are not sure where to begin? Let’s discuss about it! Or maybe you have been traveling around the world as a nomad or maybe you just began a new class in a Taipei school. Co-living is an idea that is becoming popular around the world. Here are a few benefits of co-living, and see if this is the right choice for you. Let’s take a sneak peak at a few of the benefits of co-living.

As I briefly mentioned in some of the benefits above, one of the best parts of living in a co-housing community is having access to all the shared amenities. For many people who want to own a house with a pool, hot tub, fitness room, and so on, these amenities are typically available at a co-housing community. Better yet, maintenance of these amenities are often shared or outsourced and expenses are split among all households. Additional amenities that are often less thought of are shared bicycles, tools, harvested vegetables from shared gardens, and so on. In co-living communities, there’s an abundance of shared amenities from kitchen and bathroom supplies to technology such as internet, gaming consoles, media rooms, and so on. In larger cities where co-living communities are located in high rises and skyscrapers, there’s typically access to shared spaces such as rooftops and floors with lounges. These shared spaces in major cities are popular and unique because buildings that provide these amenities generally rent apartments at higher rates.

The top benefit of co-living is being part of a community. Making friends, connections, seeing people. Anyone who’s has been on the road solo for as little as a couple of months will tell you how difficult it can be to make any sort of relationship. Shared housing space usually offers extra social activities, like movie nights, gaming nights and so on. These events are great for getting to know your housemates in casual settings and lay a foundation for your relationship to grow. Let’s face it, people do co-living to meet new people first and foremost. Check this video for extra details on how co-living can improve your social life.

Where affordability meets sustainability: Co-living is all about community and collaboration rather than just isolation and competition. One of the most tangible benefits of a co-living setting is that it encourages the adoption of a sustainable lifestyle. By making it easier to share resources, co-living facilities not only save money but also help develop a stronger environmental consciousness. Sharing cost for utilities and rent is a financially conservative idea requiring you to haggle with your roommate over bills and shared expenses at the end of the month. Instead, co-living facilities empower you to pay a fixed rate with all the key amenities from TV, fridge, furnishings, electricity, wifi, etc being factored in the monthly rent, as each person interfaces directly with the co-living company. Transparency through billings and invoices helps maintain visibility on amenities being charged for and utilized as well.

Are you afraid of strangers, do you consider yourself an introvert ? Co-living can still overcome your fear of living close or with strangers. Like co-working, co-living still offers you the opportunity to communicate with others on a regular basis. Co-living gives you the chance to exchange ideas with others late in the night or as soon as you wake up in the morning, and covering all day.

Cost of living … co-living is cheaper than serviced apartment or airbnb& hostel. Also, from quality if living per price ratio, co-living is on top. You save a lot of time because to co-living space provider usually takes care of utility services (not all, for Taipei we will introduce you to a co-living space providers that covers almost all), garbage disposal services and so on. So even if you’re living with someone who doesn’t clean up their messes, at least you know it will get cleaned up eventually.

What causes feet skin to go yellow? A few advices

Do you have yellow feet issues and you are searching for a few tricks to help you deal with this disease? Even though it is officially a skin condition, we all have it. You get calluses on your feet from walking a lot or because you wear shoes that are too tight. It is an extra layer of protection on your feet, and therefore completely harmless. Calluses feel hard and rough to the touch and can sometimes be a bit yellow. So that could be why your soles are yellow! Get a pumice stone and carefully try to get rid of some of the calluses. If you don’t really like using the pumice stone, you can always try a pedicure.

Possible Yellow Feet Causes : Anemia: Short- and long-term cases of anemia may present yellowing of the skin in addition to lethargy and extreme fatigue. It occurs with a lack of red blood cells, as the body requires abundant amounts for oxygen support. It is commonly referred to as a deficiency of iron in the blood.

Athlete’s foot can be caused by any number of fungi, including those associated with ringworm. Most cases can be identified by symptoms alone. More serious or recurrent cases would benefit from a microscopic examination of a skin scraping, known as a KOH test. Mild cases can be treated with an over-the-counter antifungal cream or spray. Serious or persistent infections may require an oral antifungal such as terbinafine or itraconazole for a period of two to six months.

Jaundice is a yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes. It develops when too much bilirubin, which is a waste product from the breakdown of red blood cells, builds up in the body. Jaundice can be a symptom of: a viral infection, such as hepatitis A, B, or C, certain medications, such as penicillin, oral contraceptives, or anabolic steroids, some herbal supplements, gallbladder problems, liver failure. Pittsburgh marketing companies

If you are looking for email management services in Pittsburgh you are in the right place! We will discuss about digital marketing trends of 2019-2020 and we will introduce you to a professional internet marketing service provider in Pittsburgh.

And don’t just think YouTube. There are plenty of ways to drive higher engagement with your video marketing, as you can make a video post or start a live broadcast on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. One of the issues that marketers have faced in recent years is the growing shift to mobile devices. Those long-form sales pages and emails of yesteryear are fading fast because they’re simply too difficult to read on small mobile screens. However, video can present the same information in a format that works perfectly regardless of the device. If your site includes video, it’s 50X more likely (50 times!) to drive organic search results compared to text. Why? Because people find video content more compelling, so Google pushes pages that include videos higher in the rankings. One of the best things about video marketing is that it makes it easy to reformat your content. Imagine that you’ve recorded a video for your YouTube channel. Instead of just publishing it on YouTube, you could also: Get it transcribed so you have a text version of the video, Publish the transcription on your blog under an embedded YouTube video for better rankings, Upload the raw video with the transcription as subtitles to Facebook (native Facebook videos get a much higher impression share and engagement than shared YouTube videos), turn the transcription into a standalone blog article with a short rewrite and addition of relevant stats and images.

Email marketing is one of the most popular types of digital marketing. To put it shortly, it’s the use of email for promoting one’s products or services. If you go a little deeper, email marketing might also refer to building relationships with your customers. Ideally, emails you send out to your clients should not only speak at them but also encourage meaningful interaction with your brand. Notice how the guys from Buffer start a meaningful conversation by asking their readers’ opinion in their emails. There are many things that contribute to the success of your email marketing strategy, from the content you create to the time you send your emails. One thing is certain, though: email marketing is far from being dead and should definitely be part of your overall digital marketing. Discover more details at Pittsburgh Digital Marketing.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered the cutting edge of technology by many. But in a few years, it may be as standard as smartphones are today. Divorced from all the implications of popular science fiction movies, AI is a computer or robot that can gather facts about a situation through sensors or through human input. It can then use this information to solve problems or perform tasks. More specifically, AI is a computer system that can perform a task which normally requires human intelligence. This is also the primary reason people fear AI. AI has numerous potential applications in marketing. But in 2019, you’ll mostly see AI deployed for content marketing, customer service, and advertising. Before you start worrying, know that AI isn’t currently positioned to make every content marketer’s job obsolete. AI is mostly used today to identify trends, drum up data, and do competitor research.

In the United States, there are four primary sources of data for all the major search engines: Infogroup, Acxiom, Localeze, and Factual. Other companies like Yellowpages.com, Citysearch, and Superpages.com can also play a role in this cycle, sending “fresh” feeds to the search engines every couple of months. Moz Local is a publishing tool that pushes US and Canadian business NAP (name, address, and phone number) to their partner sites and directories that factor into local search engine results. Their partners then publish those details across their directories. With this $100 per month managed service we will enter your business into the Moz Local Database and continue to monitor and update as needed. Often our clients will bundle this service with other services that we offer for a bundled discounted package. Software project organizer solution by Docstell.com

Document organizer with diagram editor from DocStell, a new online software solution for organizing software requirements. This days software programming has become an extremly complicated thing to organize. Let’s start with the basics: The markdown method in Docstell is really convenient to use. When a text zone is inserted in to a node you can start typing your markdown right away. When leaving the edit area the text is automatically formatted. The idea with markdown is that it will save you a lot of time when formatting your texts. Markdown allows you to write using an easy-to-read, easy-to-write plain text format, which is then converted to valid HTML. Instead of getting frustrated about how a lot of common word processors format your text in every way but the one you want, markdown is very predictable and easy to learn.

Docstell is also adding functionality to upload files to a node. You can upload any kind of file and share with you team or keep it in a private node. Just drag it from you computer and drop it on the node you want to attach it to. They added a preview area that makes it possible to preview files adjacent to your other information. You can view for example pdf, docx, xlsx, csv, txt, png, jpeg and mpeg4 files. If you for example receive a specification in a pdf file format you keep this file here together with the rest of the documentation and will easily be able to preview it and let all your team have access to it.

Super simple way to organise your information and keeping it structured and quickly accessible. All nodes has its own address which mean that it is easy to direct people for feedback or hide information not in scope. Drill in to the documentation to put focus on the right content. Really fast navigation back and forth throughout the information. Reorganise with drag and drop. If you are used to Workflowy you will instantly understand how Docstell is working. Docstell adds a different kind of tools to each node but the principle of nodes that can be indented, collapsed and drilled into is the same. Discover extra info at Realtime Documentation Solution.

Slack integration was recently implemented to Docstell. This lets you get alerted in your favorite Slack channel when a person in your team is commenting your docs. From the message in Slack you get a link back to the node with the comment in Docstell, this makes it convenient to answer the question in the right context and to build up the knowledge base where it should be. There will also be a number in the browser tab indicating the number of unresolved comments where you are mentioned. The background color of the comments icon is also changed to yellow. When clicking the comments icon you see the comments pane where it is possible to use the filter to see only the ones where you are mentioned.

It is very common that requirements and software documentation is not up to the standard of what it could and really should be. This means that every decision that you need to make to deliver a new feature or fixing a bug is not handled in an optimal way. It is not only frustrating but also very inefficient and expensive to not get the whole picture when it’s needed. Every minute people spend hunting down the correct information is a total waste of valuable resources. Time estimates almost never include the required amount of time needed to go digging for the knowledge that is vital to deliver the project on time.

Do you find yourself chasing the right information in a plethora of different products and services? Write documentation and stay productive using built in diagram editor, markdown and simple spreadsheets in one tool. Read additional info on https://docstell.com/.

How to achieve victory at online casino poker tailor made for Indonesian poker

Play poker at the online casino and win with perfect poker guides is the topic of the day. Online poker play is an excellent way for you to develop your poker playing skills. You get to experience another aspect of the game – without actually being present with other players at the table. Be sure to pick the right poker table. Demo-play (practice money) poker games are typically filled with poker greenhorns, so you may wish to consider low stakes real money poker games to get your foot in the door. Buy-ins starting around $5 or lower are a great place to begin. Remember to take notes as you progress through your poker learning curve. This will help you to fine-tune your skills and become a much better poker player.

Certain patterns are easily recognisable at the lower stakes — especially when you play online poker — where it is 100 per cent the correct play to fold your overpair. Good players can let go of any emotional attachment to their pretty-looking hands. Average players get married to their aces or kings instead, and can’t let them go even when they know they are beat. Starting with the top of all poker hands isn’t enough to guarantee you the pot. Ask anyone for good poker pro tip, and they will all tell you the same thing: sometimes, you’ll need to fold those Aces. Realise Tilt Only Hurts You: Tilt is a destroyer of bankrolls, dreams and poker careers. You win big by playing against players who are making significant fundamental errors and giving away their money over the long term. But if winning is at all a priority for you, then you need to remember you don’t turn a significant profit in poker by pushing tiny edges against good poker players. As the classic movie Rounders reminds us, “If you can’t spot the sucker in your first half-hour at the table, then you are the sucker.”

Fast-Play Your Strong Hands to Build the Pot and Make More Money: It’s a sad sight when a player checks their flopped nut flush three times, and then has to awkwardly table their monster of a poker hand when their opponent checks back the river. Slow-playing too often is a mistake common among players who are afraid of chasing their opponents out of the pot when they have a strong poker hand. In most cases, it’s best to bet your strong hands to build the pot and protect your equity. That’s not to say you should always bet/raise your strong hands post-flop. You can check your strong hands if: It’s unlikely that you will be outdrawn. There aren’t many scare cards to prevent you from getting paid on later streets. Your opponent’s range is heavily weighted toward hands with no showdown value.

Some advices on party wall surveyor fees in Herne Bay UK

Even if you receive verbal consent at this stage, you still need to serve the notice and obtain written consent. To be helpful, there’s no reason why you could not write a consent letter which your neighbour can just sign but you need to make sure that your neighbour understands what you are planning to do and what they are signing – if your neighbour is a frail, 102 year old widow and they give consent without consulting anyone, you could be accused of taking advantage of your position when her 25 stone, 32 year old grandson finds out what you got her to sign. In cases like this, you may consider it worthwhile to employ a Surveyor just so, if disputes arise later, you can prove that you have not taken advantage of your neighbour’s ignorance.

Party wall issues? Here are some advices: Party walls usually separate buildings belonging to different owners but could include garden walls built astride a boundary – known as party fence walls. Where a wall separates two different size buildings often only the part that is used by both properties is a party wall, the rest belongs to the person or persons on whose land it stands. The “etc” within The Party Wall etc Act 1996 is so included because the provisions of the Act are not limited to party walls, they also include party structures and party fence walls. Section 20 of the Act defines each: “party fence wall” means a wall (not being part of a building) which stands on lands of different owners and is used or constructed to be used for separating such adjoining lands, but does not include a wall constructed on the land of one owner the artificially formed support of which projects into the land of another owner; “party structure” means a party wall and also a floor partition or other structure separating buildings or parts of buildings approached solely by separate staircases or separate entrances;

Plants and any other large object present on windowsills should be removed, as these will also be assessed by the surveyor. This saves the surveyor from having to move things around themselves. Mould is one of the most obvious signs of damp in a home and must always be dealt with as it can thrive if left alone. Make sure you scrub away any mould that is present in your kitchen or bathroom, fix dripping taps by replacing the washers.

More common aspects of the property that the Building Survey may cover can be woodworm, dry rot or damage to timbers, structural damage, results of tests for damp in the wall, information regarding the materials used in the property construction, the costs for possible repairs and possibly a recommendation for further investigations into the property.

In addition to the suite of RICS branded HomeBuyer Reports, we are able to offer the excellent jargon-free Home Condition Survey by SAVA. With its simple 1 -3 rating system which is also colour coded to indicate the risk level and the individual items rating it allows you to quickly determine the levels and not get held back by surveyor talk. In addition to this, it comes with helpful fact sheets on electrics, gas and asbestos as required. Find extra details at Party Wall Surveyor Canterbury.

The Party wall act, the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 act to give its full name is a piece of legislation that was mainly transferred from Part VI of London Building Acts (amendment) Act 1939, it applies in England and Wales. The main purpose of the act is to provide a framework for amicably preventing and resolving disputes between neighbours in relation to Party Walls, boundary Walls and Excavations near neighbouring buildings. Building owners are given statutory rights that did not exist in existing common law, when undertaking certain types of construction as defined by the Act. As well as these rights it obliges Building owners to give appropriate notice and for the relevant notice period if they intend on carrying out the defined work.

The most frequent question we get asked is, but we’ve had a survey the bank arranged it while it true that you can have a Level 2 or 3 survey through your mortgage provider. It is more likely a valuation report that has been commissioned and these are there purely to make sure the bank has the ability to get back from the property in resale what you’ve asked it to lend you. It doesn’t report on lots of things and in most cases, you never get to see it. You can have your property surveyed at any time, but you will most likely hire a surveyor when you’re buying a home or constructing something. … However, the property survey is not always legally required. Some mortgage companies will be satisfied with title insurance. As one of the most comprehensive surveys available, more often than not a building survey will be requested by potential buyers of your property. It is a wide range inspection of the entirety of a property done in more specific depth than a Homebuyers Report or a Mortgage Valuation. A Building Survey’s purpose is to give a detailed report of the condition of the property in question.

Home and building survey tips and tricks : Check the Roof First! It might seem an odd pastime, but next time it rains, don’t stay indoors, put your waterproof coat on, take the kids to help you if you can, and play ‘spot the hole in the roof!’ Check for things like missing tiles, cracks near chimneys etc. Check the Guttering! While you are out and about checking the roof, also check the guttering for leaks which will either be from the joints or because there is a blockage, in which case get the joints sealed and/or the blockage cleared. Check walls for damp! Walls get damp for many reasons, and they can always be fixed, often for a few thousand pounds. Check the bottom of your walls for any damp patches, especially after a few days of rain. Then get a free ‘timber and damp’ check. See additional details on www.home-heroes.co.uk.

Everest base camp trekking tour recommendations

Nepal trekking advices for an incredible trekking location. Here are some tricks if you plan to tour Himalaya. Hydration is Key. If there is one tip that I can give you while in the mountains, it is to make sure that keeping hydrated is one of your top priorities. At higher levels of altitude, your body will dehydrate much quicker than it will at sea level, and you will have to make sure you are drinking plenty of water to compensate. I would recommend that you are drinking around five liters of water throughout the day while in the mountains. This is where the different types of water bottles come in handy. My routine in the mountains with regards to water is generally the same daily. Every evening, before I go to bed, I would fill up my Nalgene bottle full of boiling hot water and that bottle would immediately go into my sleeping bag to keep my feet and body toasty in my room while I sleep, and then, as that water had been boiled, I would be able to wake up in the morning and immediately begin drinking. I would hope to finish that bottle before we left for the day’s trek, then try and drink another three liters while walking and another one liter at least when we get to the next tea house that afternoon/evening. This process of drinking five liters of water a day can be daunting to many, but I find it to be essential to people’s success in the mountains.

Avoid the Sun – Taking care of your eyes and skin is important. Sunburns happen much quicker at high elevations so make sure to apply sunscreen a few times a day and wear a hat. Sunglasses are a must have and if you wear prescription glasses it’s good to have a pair of prescription sunglasses or at least clip-ons. If you have an extra day in Kathmandu before the trek you can buy prescription sunglasses for around $25 which is quite a good deal.

Wall art with forest images and the best rain forests on the planet

The Sumatran rainforest is a deeply tragic story of deforestation. The sixth largest island in the world was once covered with thick jungle from coast to coast. Now, only pockets of rainforest remain, largely within the UNESCO protected Tropical Rainforest Heritage of Sumatra. Illegal logging and palm oil production is chiefly to blame. With almost 50% of Sumatra’s tropical rainforest lost in the last 35 years, the likelihood is that outside these protected areas all remaining rainforest in Sumatra will disappear within 20 years. Tigers, rhinos, orangutans and elephants are all severely at risk. The Tropical Rainforest Heritage of Sumatra is spread across the national parks of Gunung Leuser, Kerinci Seblat and Bukit Barisan. Between them, they hold the island’s last hope for the long-term conservation of its varied plant life and myriad endangered species.

The North Western Ghats Rainforest of India runs parallel to the Arabian Sea and represents another one of the top-ten biodiversity hot-spots. It’s also a World Heritage Site! With national parks, wildlife sanctuaries, and forest reserves, this tropical land has thousands of animal species. The Western Ghats, themselves, belong to a mountain chain that’s older than the Himalayan mountains! The site’s high montane forest ecosystems actually signify some of the best examples of the Indian monsoon system on Earth. India’s North Western Ghats is just as important as other tropical forests, as they track weather patterns across lands. If you’re looking to see an extraordinary landscape with endless adventure possibilities, travel to India to view one of the world’s tropical creations!
